At Lumivie™, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes things don't work out—and that's okay. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how to request a return, how refunds work, and what conditions apply.
✅ Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

It must be returned in its original packaging, with any tags still attached

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

💰 Restocking & Return Shipping Fees
All approved returns are subject to:

A 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund

A $10 return shipping fee per item (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following items:

Opened or used personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards or downloadable products

Custom or clearance items
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item was shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Return conditions still apply: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days, minus restocking and shipping fees

👶 Orders by Minors
All purchases must be made by adults or under adult supervision. Lumivie™ is not responsible for unauthorized orders placed by minors.
📫 Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address we provide during the return authorization process. Do not return items to our general warehouse or address without approval.
