Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and US public holidays are excluded.
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch
- United States: 8 to 14 business days.
- Canada: 8 to 16 business days.
- Europe, United Kingdom and Australia: 8 to 14 business days.
- Other available destinations: 10 to 21 business days.
These are estimates. Carrier, customs and seasonal delays can affect delivery.
Destinations and Charges

Tracking

Address Corrections and Delivery Issues
Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. Our policy asks for address corrections within 12 hours of ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once shipment is processed.
