About Lumivie Products
Are Lumivie products cruelty-free?
Yes. All Lumivie cosmetic and skincare products are formulated without animal testing.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are formulated for all skin types including sensitive skin. We recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before first use on any new skincare product. If you have specific allergies or skin conditions, please review the ingredient list or contact us before ordering.
Are your supplements safe to take with other medications?
Our Daily Glow Beauty Gummies contain biotin, marine collagen, and standard vitamins. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
How long until I see results?
Results vary by product. Most customers see visible changes within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use for skincare and hair care products. Makeup delivers instant results. Beauty supplements typically show effects on hair and nails after 60 to 90 days of daily use.
Are your products vegan?
Most Lumivie cosmetic products use vegan ingredients. Our beauty supplements contain marine collagen and are not vegan. Check individual product pages for specific information.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments which is PCI-DSS compliant and SSL encrypted. We never see or store your full credit card information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at support@lumiviebeauty.com with your order number. After 24 hours or once an order ships, changes are not possible.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable local tax laws.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping times after dispatch are 5 to 10 business days for US, 7 to 14 for Canada, 10 to 18 for Europe/UK/Australia, and 12 to 21 for rest of world. Orders process in 1 to 3 business days before shipping. See full Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at support@lumiviebeauty.com within 48 hours of expected delivery (for lost) or actual delivery (for damaged). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See full Refund Policy for details on eligibility and process.
Can I return opened cosmetics or skincare products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare products, supplements, and lash serums cannot be returned. We accept returns on unopened, sealed products only.
How long do refunds take to process?
After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds appear in your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer pays return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Lumivie covers return shipping costs.
Account and Privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is optional and gives you order history, faster checkout, and exclusive offers.
How is my personal information protected?

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. You will be removed from our marketing list immediately while still receiving important order-related emails.
