Which payment methods can I use?

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us promptly with your order number. Our Returns Policy allows cancellation within 24 hours if the order has not been processed for shipment. Shipped orders follow the return process.

How long does delivery take?

Our Shipping Policy lists 1 to 3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 8 to 14 business days for the US, Europe, UK and Australia, 8 to 16 for Canada, and 10 to 21 for other destinations. Estimates are not guarantees. Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Eligible items must be unopened, unused and sealed, with a return request made within 30 days of delivery. Exclusions apply, including opened cosmetics and products purchased with promotional discounts of 50% or more. Read the full Returns Policy before buying.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email your order number and clear photos to support@lumiviebeauty.com. The policy asks you to report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
