Shipping Policy
Lumivie ships internationally to customers worldwide. Read below for processing times, delivery estimates, and customs information.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 8 to 14 business days
- Canada: 8 to 16 business days
- Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia: 8 to 14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, local postal services, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. The exact amount will be displayed in your cart before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order through the carrier website at any time.
If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lumiviebeauty.com.
International Customs and Import Duties
Important: Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies and fees vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for accurate information before placing your order.
If a package is refused at customs or returned due to non-payment of duties, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours at support@lumiviebeauty.com and we will attempt to update it before shipment. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@lumiviebeauty.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
For orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible or accept it and immediately photograph the damage. Contact us within 48 hours at support@lumiviebeauty.com with the photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
