Refund and Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

We stand behind every Lumivie product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear
  • All original accessories, inserts, and packaging must be included
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Mascaras, foundations, and other cosmetic products that come into contact with skin
  • Lash conditioning serums and topical treatments
  • Beauty supplements and ingestible products

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@lumiviebeauty.com.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product condition (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 3 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider (typically 3 to 5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account)
  • Returns received outside the 30-day window or not meeting our return conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumiviebeauty.com with clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will offer one of the following at no additional charge:

  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Replacement product shipped to you free of charge
  • Store credit toward a future purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products purchased with promotional discounts of 50 percent or more
  • Opened cosmetic, skincare, or supplement products (for hygiene and safety)
