Easily track the status of your Lumivie order from dispatch to delivery.
How to Track
Every Lumivie order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. Follow these steps to track your package:
- Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a shipping confirmation from Lumivie
- Find the tracking number in the email
- Click the tracking link, or visit the carrier website and enter the tracking number
Track on Major Carriers
Use one of the following links based on the carrier shown in your shipping email:
- USPS Tracking
- DHL Express Tracking
- FedEx Tracking
- UPS Tracking
- 17track (universal tracker for all carriers)
When Will My Tracking Update?
Tracking information becomes active within 24 to 48 hours after your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated yet, please give it a full day before contacting us. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, tracking will show movement.
Order Status Meanings
Order Received: Your order is in our system and being prepared for shipment.
Processing: Your order is being packed in our fulfillment center (typically 1 to 3 business days).
Shipped: Your order has been handed to the carrier and is on its way. Tracking number is active.
In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier network toward your destination.
Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today.
Delivered: Your package has arrived at the destination address.
I Did Not Receive a Tracking Number
If you placed an order more than 3 business days ago and have not received a tracking number:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for emails from Lumivie
- Verify the email address you used at checkout
- Contact us at support@lumiviebeauty.com with your order number
My Tracking Has Not Updated
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, the package may be temporarily delayed at a sorting facility or in transit. International shipments commonly show delays between countries. If 7 days pass with no update, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
My Package Says Delivered But I Did Not Receive It
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is not at your door:
- Check with neighbors, building reception, or family members
- Look for delivery in alternative spots (porch, garage, mailbox)
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark items delivered before the final drop-off
- Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim
- If unresolved after 48 hours, email us at support@lumiviebeauty.com
